Application Manager for tHUB

Description

We work as an intermediary between business and ICT. We are reponsible for systems related to calculating commissions for sale of non-life insurance and we also manage issues related to insurance agents, their portfolios and data.

Your responsibilities
  • incident management and resolution, coordination of follow-up actions
  • change management: participation in design and implementation of new features to the system
  • regular communication with client and providing support
  • maintaining system documentation
  • creating and managing tests and their subsequent execution
  • participation in projects
  • investigating issues using SQL
We expect

  • university diploma or adequate job experience
  • you can speak English well (you will also have calls and write daily with Belgian colleagues)
  • intermediate MS Office Excel knowledge (you understand advanced features)
  • analytical and communication skills: You will meet non-standard cases where you need to find a solution every day
  • interest in IT, basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
  • thinking in context, i.e. be able to predict consequences of the system changes you propose
