Management Assistant

Description

We are looking for a person to give a helping hand to our management. If you think that this job is just about making tea and coffee, you would be mistaken. On the contrary, you will perform a wide variety of activities and tasks that need special attention. Although we are a bit bigger family, we still maintain a friendly atmosphere and warm relationships from a time when we were a much smaller company. That is why we are looking for somebody with a positive attitude who is level-headed and is in a good mood.

Your responsibilities
  • planning meetings, agenda-keeping and recording everything important
  • you will be responsible for organizing the agreed-upon things
  • you will often complete various reports and documents
  • you will work with attendance system (checking absences and updating holidays)
  • you will keep agenda of managers, prioritize and organize meetings
  • you also have to manage business trips and facilitate everything that needs to be done
  • you will create ad hoc presentations and documents
