Description

Our company houses the largest RPA Competence Center within the Czech Republic and is unique in its kind. We service KBC Group entities in Belgium, Ireland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Bulgaria. The RPA Competence Center exists out of 30 team members (and growing) spread over Czech Republic and India and trained over 100 citizen developers worldwide. They are responsible to analyse processes and requirements, develop and perform code review of scripts, provide support, guard the framework and give training. They made it possible to deploy more than 100 robots into production over the past 2 years. As the RPA world is rapidly evolving, we are looking for developers that can help us further in our journey.

Your responsibilities
  • cooperate with scrum masters, business analysts and peer developers to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements
  • handle end-to-end development, including coding, testing and debugging
  • resolve issues during development, testing and shadowing and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
  • investigate components of new tools and technologies
  • create and maintain technical documentation (in cooperation with the business analysts)
  • contribute to the development of project plans
  • share your experience on internal forums and support other developers in the company
We expect

  • good English communication skills (at least B2 level)
  • general experience with design and development tools
  • general knowledge of agile software development concepts and processes
  • must be proactive, demonstrate initiative and be a logical thinker
  • consultative skills, including the ability to understand and assist in applying customer requirements, including drawing out unforeseen implications and making recommendations for design, the ability to define design reasoning, understanding potential impacts of design requirements
  • collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills required
  • able to read and understand project documentation
  • able to quickly learn, systematize, and retain business knowledge
